Autumn! Autumn! Autumn!

Wow! It’s fall time!

It’s a great time, a bit sad, but beautiful.

Illnesses such as cold are coming with it. We should prevent them! Have a flu shot. If you haven’t started yet, start giving kids’ polyvitamins. Let them eat more fruit rich in vitamin C (citrus, kiwi, and pomegranat). Give children vitamins E, A, D. For our part we’ll do everything possible. We are going to use quartz in all the room of our "Busy bee" (of course when the children are out). We are increasing the number of wet cleanings, airing the rooms all the time, and the amount of fruit rich in vitamin C.

Last fall and winter we managed great without any illnesses. Let’s take even better care of our children this fall.

September, 30th - Parent meeting

Dear parents!

We are going to hold a meeting for parents at 5.45 on September, 30. We have a few questions to discuss with you.

Our son Maxim is going to have his birthday on October, 16. We’d like to give him a puppy as a present. The dog won’t be big when it grows up, about 25-30 pounds. We certainly garantee there will be no consequences of the dog’s walks in the backyard or in the front yard. The dog will never be present in the building of the nursery school, but we won’t be able to avoid the kids-dog contact completely. We would like to know your opinion, and if at least one parent is against it, we will look for some other present for Maxim.

Art classes in our Child Care

Dear parents!

Art Class We are starting art classes in "Busy bee" on September, 6. We have hired a really good teacher. Her name is Alla. She has her own art studio which is very popular. Alla has great recommendations, and we are sure that our children will not just like her classes but will benefit from them so that they will develop their creative skills.

The art classes are going to take place at 10 on Wednesday and last about an hour. As we have arranged with Alla, it won’t be just painting. The class will be organized in an intersting creative way with an individual approach to everyone. And we are sure that you will see the results of these classes in the near future.

The International Women's Day

As The International Women’s Day is approaching us in March we thought about preparing a special celebration of that day.

Our kids are preparing presents for Moms, learning new songs and poems to perform at the celebration. We also plan to have a puppet show and some kids activities.

We would like to ask our dear parents to come to the celebration to support kids as they are putting a lot of effort to prepare for that special day.

Friday's Fieldtrips.

Our Friday’s Fieldtrips became one of the favorite activities of the week for our "Busy Bee" kids.

We consistently find new places to visit and also keep everybody's favorites like Children's Museum, Seattle Zoo and others. Most recent fieldtrip was to the "Planet Jump" in Bellevue. That was a lot of fun!

We invite everybody to join our fieldtrips because it is a great opportunity to learn, play, gain new experience and simply have fun.

We have great news for you! We have a new teacher who is joining our faculty team in February. Her name is Natasha and she is very creative, caring and kind person.

With this wonderful addition to our team we hope to make our child care better and brighter. We always thought that the most important thing we could help our kids with is to develop an interest, love and passion for learning.

It is a flu season!

It is a flu season and many kids get sick at that time. We want to protect our kids. Thus we began to use only disposable plates, spoons, forks, napkins, towels, etc. We are regularly ventilate and air our rooms.

But we think sometimes it is not enough. That's why we want to get a quartz lamp to use it before and/or after a school day. It is safe and could help to kill the viruses and germs that can cause diseases.

We need to know tour opinion and also want to get your permission on using the quartz lamp in our facility.
